Do you accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, insurance, or waiver payments?

Not at this time. Anointed Angels LLC currently accepts private payment directly from clients or their responsible parties. We are pursuing the appropriate licensing and provider-enrollment requirements for potential future participation in selected programs. Until written approval is received, all services remain private pay.

Are you a licensed home care or home health agency?

Anointed Angels LLC is currently an owner-operated, private-pay, non-medical service and is not presently operating as a North Carolina-licensed home care or home health agency. Rosalie Davis personally provides all services. The company is working through the appropriate process for possible future expansion.

Do you provide medical services?

No. Anointed Angels LLC currently provides non-medical personal assistance and daily living support. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical assessments, injections, wound care, therapy, medication administration, or medical treatment.

Does Rosalie’s CNA credential mean the company is a licensed agency?

No. Rosalie Davis’s Certified Nursing Assistant credential reflects her individual training and experience. It does not mean that Anointed Angels LLC is a licensed home care or home health agency.

What types of services does Anointed Angels offer?
We offer personalized, private-pay personal care and non-medical support, including companionship, personal assistance, respite care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and daily living support.

The company is pursuing the appropriate North Carolina licensing and provider-enrollment requirements for possible future expansion. No state license, government-program participation, insurance coverage, or third-party payment should be assumed unless Anointed Angels LLC provides written confirmation.
